Preamble

1. Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of his order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company INEA and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise waived, expressly and in writing.
2. Products
The photographs of the products are selected by Europe Detailing in order to describe them as precisely as possible. However, taking into account possible visual changes to packaging (colors, logo, shape, etc.) made by manufacturers, minimal variations may be observed. Almost all of the products offered to its customers by the INEA company are available in our warehouse.
3. Order
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The INEA team confirms acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address that the customer has provided. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. INEA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when taking the order binds the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
4. Delivery
After order confirmation, the company undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 48 working hours (except in the case of payment by transfer, a case in which Europe Detailing will wait to have collected the funds to proceed with the shipment). This carrier undertakes, by contract with the company INEA, to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by the company.
The overall delivery time varies depending on the solution chosen:
Chronopost (home or relay) in mainland France: delivery the next day before 1 p.m. for all orders placed the day before 2 p.m. (Monday to Thursday).
For shipments to a Chronopost relay point in mainland France, your package will be kept for a limited period:
14 days in post office and Chronopost agency
8 days in Pickup relay
3 days in Pickup station (deposit).
If you do not collect your package within the allotted time, you will be charged for the return of the package as well as the new shipment.
For “heavy” orders, transport will be carried out by a pallet carrier. The price (on estimate) will depend on the weight and the delivery address.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the delivery is received. order. All orders placed on the Europe Detailing online store of the INEA company are intended for resale use.
In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right of return under the conditions provided for in this document. Always check your package upon arrival to make any reservations with Europe Detailing in the event of something missing or damaged. In order for Europe Detailing to open a dispute with the carrier, the recipient must provide a photo of the damaged package, its contents and its shipping label.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with the associated delivery costs.
In the event of non-compliance with delivery deadlines, the consumer may request the cancellation of their order if it is not delivered within the expected deadlines and consequently benefit from a refund of their order.
